Fanore Holiday Cottages

This scenic, uncommercialised area is great for walkers, with a good local pub and a larger selection of pubs and restaurants in the nearby villages of Ballyvaughan (9km) and Doolin (15km). The cosmopolitan city of Galway and the market town of Ennis are each one-hour’s drive. Fanore Holiday Cottages afford the visitor every modern comfort while retaining the charm of the traditional Burren cottage. The cottages with their half door entrance, spacious open plan design and balcony overlooking the living area, have a traditional homely Irish feel. There are wooden floors throughout and double height pine ceilings in the living and kitchen areas. Each cottage consists of four bedroom sleeping either seven or eight guests depending on cottage.

Ground Floor: Entrance hallway, Open plan lounge and dining area with open fire. Partially separate kitchen, main bathroom with shower over bath, and 3 bedrooms.

First Floor: Balcony leading into an en suite bedroom.

The living room is equipped with a TV, video, DVD player and suitable lighting for reading. Visitor information with details of local activities, areas of interest and everything a visitor to the area needs to know including details on the working of all appliances in the cottage.

The kitchen is equipped with microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric cooker, toaster, electric kettle, iron, large selection of cooking utensils and equipment. Cots and high chairs are available on request and are provided free of charge.

Outside of each cottage is a large private off road parking area and a partially enclosed open plan garden with picnic bench and bbq.
