ITINERARY
Day 1:
Welcome to Ireland! On arrival at Dublin Airport you will be meet by your Tour Guide. You will take a panoramic Tour of Dublin City, the city gets it name from the Black Pool – ‘Dubh Linn’. Then on to Galway City known at the City of Tribes. On arrival why not walk through the old quarter of Galway made famous by the traditional Irish wedding ring known as the Claddagh.

Day 2:
This morning you will Drive through the Connemara region, which has long been regarded as the real emerald of Ireland. This natural terrain and unspoilt environment offers the visitor a wonderland of sights, experiences. The people are warm, friendly and extend hospitality, which is the essence of Ireland. Then you will visit Kylemore, which lies at the top of the Inagh Valley and is hidden between the mountains of Connemara and the Atlantic Ocean. The picturesque Kylemore Abbey is the home of the Benedictine nuns; it stands at the edge of the lake surrounded by woodlands. The gothic castle was built by Mitchell Henry, an English businessman in 1865. After the tragic death of his wife about a decade later he lost interest in the estate and it was eventually bought by the Benedictine order after fleeing their convent in Ypres during World War One. The grounds and part of the Abbey are open to the public.

Day 3:
Drive around Galway Bay and through the limestone area of the Burren, then take the Coastal road stopping to visit the
Magnificent Cliffs of Moher which rise over 700 feet out of the Atlantic Ocean.

Day 4:
Today you will take the coastal road to the Dingle Peninsula. Dingle is Ireland’s most picturesqueWesterly point; The Gaeltacht, area where Irish is spoken.

Day 5:
Your tour today will take you on the Ring of Kerry. Enjoy the scenery of the Macgillcuddy Reeks where the largest mountain in Ireland is situated. Onto Ladies View where you will have a view over the Lakes of Killarney. In the afternoon visit Muckross House, which was built in the 19th Century in Elizabethan style.

Day 6:
Today you will travel South to Cork, Irelands Second largest City En route you will visit the Rock of Cashel one of the most spectacular archaeological sites in Ireland. It sits on the outskirts of Cashel on a large mound of limestone, bristling with ancient fortifications. Mighty stone walls encircle a complete round tower, a roofless abbey, a 12th century Romanesque chapel, and numerous other buildings and high crosses. The Rock of Cashel is composed four structures which are the Hall of the Vicars Choral, the cathedral, the round tower, and Cormac’s Chapel. Hore Abbey is about one kilometre north at the base of the rock.
