Sheen View is a small and private development of 16 holiday homes alongside the Kenmare Bay Estuary on the beautiful Ring of Kerry. The houses are located just a short stroll (15 minutes) from Kenmare town centre with its wonderful selection of Restaurants, Traditional Bars and Shops. Kenmare was recently awarded the accolade of Ireland’s best kept town on the whole island of Ireland and deservedly so!
3 Bedroom Houses
Each of these bright and spacious holiday homes can accommodate 5 people in one double bedroom (ensuite) a twin bedroom and a single bedroom with separate bathroom. There is also a guest toilet downstairs. The open plan living/ dining room cum kitchen is well appointed and is fitted with all the modern conveniences including washer/ dryer, dishwasher, electric oven, TV, and open fire.
The houses have partially enclosed back gardens and there is private car parking available for each house.
4 Bedroom Wheelchair Accessible House
There is just 1 x 4 Bed house at Sheen View which is wheelchair accessible. This house has 1 x double bedroom, 1 x twin bedroom & 1 x single room with a main bathroom all upstairs and 1 x double ensuite downstairs (wheelchair accessible). This house has a spacious enclosed gravel back-garden with patio furniture.
Electricity for heating and lighting is an extra charge and is payable on departure. Electricity is a set charge of €5.00 per day in summer months (July and August) and €7.00 per day for the rest of the year.
**In the 4bedroom house the electricity charge is based on a meter reading & charged per unit.
A security deposit of €200.00 must be given to the supervisor on arrival. This will be returned to you provided the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of the rental have been complied with.
