Day 1: Arrive to Leenane

You will be picked up from Galway City, Westport train station or Knock Airport and brought to your accommodation in the little village of Leenane. Overlooking Killary Harbour, Ireland’s only fjord, the village has one of the most scenic locations in Ireland. Once you have settled in, we will meet you, either on the evening of your arrival or the following morning (depending on your arrival time), to go through your itinerary and answer any questions you may have about your tour.

Day 2: Adventure & Discovery Day

Today is a full day of adventure activity! Following a hearty breakfast you will take your bicycles and cycle a short distance (5 kms) to the renowned Killary Adventure Centre on the shores of Killary Harbour where you will have the choice to spend the morning either sea kayaking on Ireland’s only fjord or by taking on the High Ropes Course and trying out the Giant Swing! A tasty homemade lunch will be set up for you on site before you will jump on your bike again for a short distance (5 kms) to go and visit Tom’s farm, the “Killary Sheep Farm”.
