- Arrival into Cork International Airport for your sports trip.

- Cookery demonstration at Ballymaloe International Cookery School, followed by lunch in the garden cafe.
- A tour and whiskey tasting at the Jameson Old Midleton Distillery.
- Visit to Queenstown Story Cobh, the last port of call for the Titanic followed by a historic walk along the Titanic Trail.
- Pre dinner drinks at Triskel Christchurch
- Dinner and traditional songs at Blackrock Castle

(Day 2)
- Cork City Tour – visit the English Market, University College Cork and the 19th Century Cork City Gaol
- Sea Safari Rib boat tour of Cork harbour, the best way to see the 2nd largest natural harbour in the world
- Traditional Irish music, tea and cakes at Crosshaven House located in the beautiful village of Crosshaven, which boasts the oldest Yacht Club in the world
- Optional 30 minute cycling tour along the Crosshaven Cycle Way
- Depart for Kinsale – “take one spectacular location, season liberally with Norman, Spanish and English influence, add one major battle and let it simmer for 400 years. The result – Ireland’s fine food capital”.
- Seafood lunch in Kinsale
- Cork Internationl Airport – Drinks in VIP lounge
Overnight at 3* or 4* or 5* or Castle.

- Return flight from your sports trip.
